We pride ourselves on offering quality products and a quality service.

Products

All our products are checked for quality and style. If for any reason we do not have what you want in stock we will endeavor to get it for you as soon as possible or offer you an alternative.

Ordering

Ordering your products from our website couldn't be easier. We hope that you find the site user friendly, but if you have any problems please contact us. We will dispatch items in stock within 5 working days, and will keep you informed if there are any delays.

Returns

If you are unhappy with the product for any reason you can return unworn items (with labels attached) within 14 days of receipt (with proof of purchase) for a full refund or exchange.

Although we are confident that you will love the quality of our goods, any faulty items will be exchanged (or where appropriate, repaired) free of charge to yourself.

Payment

We accept payment via paypal, cheque and postal orders. Goods paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.

Delivery + Postage & Packaging

We deliver throughout the UK and generally by 1st Class recorded post. If an alternative delivery method would suit you better or you want an item delivered outside of the UK please contact us before ordering so that we can inform you of the cost.

Our aim is to keep our product prices as low as possible so we are unable to offer free postage and packaging. Our postal charges are applied on a flat rate dependant on the value of the order unless delivery is outside of the UK.

As soon as we receive your order we will inform you of the dispatch date and where appropriate any additional postage (ie outside of the UK). For any items not available for dispatch within 5 working days we will tell you when those goods are likely to be available. If you prefer not to wait you have the option to cancel your order.

Where you order more than one item and when one or more of those items are out of stock you can choose to have your ordered shipped separately or wait and have all your goods shipped as a whole. Where items are delivered separately we may have to charge additional postage, but we will inform you of any additional costs before proceeding.

The postal rate will be added to the total value of your goods at the time of order. Our current rates for the UK are as follows:

Cancellation

You can cancel an order via e-mail up to the date of dispatch after dispatch the return policy applies.
